Processing Policy
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on Monday. Please allow 10-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing before your order ships.
Shipping Policy
We ship via USPS and other international carriers. Please allow up to 10-14 business days for processing before your order ships. Shipping times vary by location and carrier, with domestic orders typically arriving within 10-14 business days after shipping. International orders may take longer.
Tracking Policy
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s delivery status.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. However, we accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to the address provided.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
If you receive incorrect or defective merchandise due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including providing a return shipping label if applicable.
COVID-19 Policy
Due to health and safety concerns, all sales are final. We only allow exchanges within 7 days (see Returns/Exchanges above).
